A fully automatic filling and packing machine designed for viscous products like paste utilizes a piston-operated filling system. Viscous paste is loaded into a reservoir while poly pouches are fed into the machine, positioning them for filling. The piston-operated system draws paste into a cylinder during the downward stroke and dispenses it into pouches during the upward stroke. This mechanism ensures precise filling of each pouch. Once filled, pouches are sealed using heated sealing jaws method to prevent leakage. They are then cut and separated from each other. The entire process is automated and managed by a central control system, which monitors filling accuracy and adjusts parameters for optimal performance.
