Our Accelerate program is a 3-month job-oriented program, designed for the candidates who wish to become job ready within a short span of time and grab the readily available opportunities in the market.

Training focuses on essential skills required for a Design Engineer, exclusive skills required for the clients and job oriented one-on-one career guidance by market experts. The objective of this program is making you “Ready – to – Work” and to get you placed.

Who can Apply?

    1. B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Production / Aeronautical Engineering.
    2. Client specific requirements for Placement

Entry level interview to test the knowledge of Mechanical Engineering Concepts.

Course Content (Theory and Practical):

    1. Training on one CAD Software (depends on current market trend and client requirement)
    2. GD&T, Drafting Standards and Engineering Drawing creation
    3. Development from scratch, Reverse Engineering, Optimization.
    4. Domains covered: Fundamental theories and manufacturing concepts of Plastic / Sheet metal and Welding and Machining.
    5. Involvement in real time projects of the parent company that are currently being manufactured at our facility. Get reviewed from industry experts to know real time problems. SEE THE PHYSICAL MACHINES WHAT YOU DESIGNED.
    6. Preparation of Technical Presentations, estimation of Timelines, and Project reports.
    7. Interview preparation, mock interviews and Resume building

Program Features

    1. 3 months training with placement preparation
    2. Placement is assured within 4 months as Design Engineers in renowned companies.
    3. Daily 5 to 6 hours of Theory and Practice. Attendance and practice are compulsory.
    4. On job support for the 6 months after placement.
